Your first client report, and a request sent to yourself to see what a client sees.

A new business opens on Clients, with an example client, the Mitchell household, and four steps to your first report. Each is ticked on Clients once you have taken it.

Client records need two-step verification, so your first sign-in sets it up before Clients opens. It takes about two minutes with an authenticator app or a passkey.

1. How do I add my clients?

Add client asks for a name and the client's email, about a minute each. Nothing is sent when you add one.

Import clients brings in a whole list at once from a spreadsheet or your practice software. Import your client list has the steps for each.

2. How do I ask for records?

A request asks the client for their records by email, behind a secure link. Choose the sections to ask for and the due date, then select Send request.

To see what a client sees first, send one from the example. It goes to your own email, the only address the example sends to.

3. How do I review the response?

When the client sends their response, Clients lists it under Waiting on you. Review response shows what they sent, to keep or send back for corrections. Information requests shows the client's side.

4. How do I send the report?

A letter on the step of a unit: a report that has reached the client

Open a result, such as the client's Portfolio position, and select Send report. It goes to the client's email behind a secure link. Reports and secure links explains what they receive.

5. Can someone help me set up?

Two people side by side

In a 30-minute screen share we'll set up three of your rental clients together. You import your client list and drop in each client's latest loan statement, which fills in the loan. You leave with a report for each one, with your firm's name on the cover. Book the setup session
