TaxTank and PropRetire side by side

TaxTank's Property Tank and PropRetire both hold an Australian investor's properties and loans and estimate the tax on a sale. Property Tank manages rental income, expenses, deductions, loans, depreciation and capital works, and estimates capital gains tax. PropRetire records properties, loans, super, income and spending for each owner, and works out the tax on a sale, what is left each month and how long the money lasts in retirement. The table sets out what each maker's own pages said on 14 Oct 2026.
